         Bella has found a starfish and is studying it before placing it back in the water. Step-by-step instructions are given to help you paint Bella and her starfish. The packet includes a line drawing, photo, step-by-step instructions for this packet, as well as general instructions for the use of colored pencils, and a value map. Beginners to colored pencil are able to paint this project.
