Emmy said "Mom's hat is a little big for me, but it sure keeps the sun out of my eyes!"  This project is painted on Canson Mi-Teintes paper using Prismacolor pencils found at Michael's or any art store.  The packet includes a line drawing, 2 photos, a value map and complete instructions for the packet as well as general information for the use of colored pencils.  This project will brighten any wall in your home!  Also available as an e-packet.
